Andres C. Vidal is Counsel with ACS Infrastructure Development where he focuses on the development of P3 projects in the United States and Canada. ACS is a concessionaire focused on developing and operating transportation and social infrastructure in North America via public-private partnerships. ACS has financed six P3s in North America to date, totaling more than $9 Billion in value, including Florida’s I-595 managed lanes project. Prior to joining ACS, Andres was an attorney with two leading international law firms focusing on project and corporate finance and project development, representing private developers and lenders (including leading investment banks and investment funds) in the transportation, energy, renewables, oil and gas and petrochemicals sectors, both domestically and abroad (including in Latin America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East). Andres earned two bachelor of arts degrees with honors from the University of Pennsylvania and his juris doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School.
