Kent Marshall

Retired, Vice President and Director of Public-Private Partnerships | Granite Construction

Recently retired as Vice President and Director of Public Private Partnerships for Granite Construction, Kent Marshall brings extensive transportation and P3 leadership to AIAI. Mr. Marshall formerly directed the Public Private Partnership efforts for Granite Construction. His prior responsibilities include Business Development, Strategic Planning, Operations Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Law. Mr. Marshall’s 18 years of experience at Granite has been focused on transportation.

Before joining Granite Construction, Mr. Marshall worked for Standard Oil, FMC and CRS Sirrine. He has lived, traveled, and/or worked in more than 50 countries. Kent currently sits on the ARTBA Board. He is a past President of its P3 Division and received its Outstanding Achievement Award in 2004. He also sits on the Board of the Elkhorn Slough Foundation (a Conservancy and Land Trust located in Moss Landing, CA). He holds degrees in business and law from the University of Kansas, the University of Denver, and the University of Chicago and is an active member of the Oregon State Bar.
