Addressing the questions and concerns around best practices for US P3 DB phase performance & payment security including legislative implications.

Join a small working group of AIAI members on June 13^th in NYC as we renew this important discussion related to security provisions. The goal is to review recent rating agency methodologies as well US construction market practices, working towards achieving consensus as AIAI determines its Best Practices policy position.
