New Private Carrier Transit Service Initiatives for Boston Logan

The  Massachusetts  Port  Authority  (the  “Authority”)  is  issuing  this  Request  for  Expressions  of  Interest  (“RFI”) to individuals or entities (each a “Proposer”) interested in partnering with the Authority to provide, develop, maintain, finance and operate new high occupancy vehicle (“HOV”) transit services for Boston‐Logan International Airport (“the Airport”) hereafter (the “New Service”).  ​​
